 Revocation
of the license of ACP SPPT AK
The CBAK Governing Board, in its meeting held on 27.11.2007, based
on the UNMIK Regulation No.2006/47 and the UNMIK Regulation No.
2005/20 took the decision to revoke the license of the Supplementary
Individual Pension Provider ACP SPPT AK.
The reasons for this revocation are:
- The Fund has failed to comply with the CBAK licensing criteria
- It has promoted its activities in contradiction with the CBAK
Regulation and Rules
ACP SPPT AK is part of ATLANTIC CAPITAL PARTNER Group which proposes
different financial and commercial services. The revocation of ACP
SPPT AK license as a Supplementary Individual Pension Fund does not
affect the other activities of ACP Group and does not put any money
of pensioners at risk.
