Following consultations with the Board Members and based on the provisions of article 18.3 of  UNMIK Regulation 2006/47 on the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo, the Special Representative of the Secretary General appointed, on  27 November 2007, Prof. Gazmend Luboteni as Chairperson of the Governing Board of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo.

Consequently,  the CBAK Board is composed by the  following members: Prof. Gazmend Luboteni – Chairperson, Ms. Chiara Bronchi – UNMIK Representative, Prof . Isa Mustafa, Mr. Lulezim Ismajli – Director of Treasury in MEF and Mr. Michel Svetchine – Managing Director .
