 CBAK in
collaboration with the Insurance Association of Kosovo and the
Insurance Industry organized a workshop in
Durrės regarding the liberalization of the Insurance
Industry
The CBAK and Insurance
Association of Kosovo organized a workshop on the Insurance
Industry from 29 - 30 November 2007 in Durrės.
The purpose of this workshop was to prepare the first
step of liberalization of Third Party Liability (TPL) products,
i.e vehicle insurance. Indeed, the prices of TPL products should
be step by step and thanks to an increased competition between
insurance companies fixed by market forces under the supervision
of the CBAK.
Thanks to a continuous
cooperation between the Insurance industry and the CBAK in its
capacity of regulator, a common way has been found for the best
of policy holders and Kosovo insurance industry.
