Eleven CBAK top and medium range Managers successfully concluded requirements of the Professional Development Program (PDP), and Program for Executive Leadership Development, initiated by USAID, and were granted diplomas in a graduation ceremony organized by Bearing Point on November 21st in Pristina. The Ceremony took place in presence of Kosovo Officials, Managing Director and Executives of the CBAK.
“Through these programs you have been taught to manage Kosovo’s ressources and to efficiently accomplish your tasks in public administration”, emphasized Mr. Michael Farbman, the USAID Chief of Mission in Kosova who took part in the graduation ceremony.
PDP was initiated by USAID’s Economic Development Initiative Project in 2004 and transitioned over to the AUK in January 2006. The Executive Leadership Development Program, also sponsored by USAID’s Economic Development Initiative Project, was initiated in October 2006
The CBAK PDP graduates are: Ms. Xhevahire Hasolli, Ms. Valbona Zeqiraj, Mr. Bedri Zymeri, Mr. Berat Begu , Mr. Mentor Geci, Mr. Merdian Kukleci.
As for the Program for Executive Leadership Development the CBAK graduates are : Ms.Shkendije Himaj, Ms. Suzana Dervari, Ms.Azemine Murati ,Ms.Shkendije Nahi and Mr. Muharrem Uka.
Meanwhile , Ms.Shkendije Himaj , Ms. Suzana Dervari and Ms. Shkendije Nahi from the ELDP program, as well as Ms.Valbona Zeqiraj from the PDP training are awarded with special Merit Award from USAID for achieved results in this program.
