Governing Board of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo, at the meeting held on October 31, 2007, took the following decisions:

• Approval of “Ertrag&Sicherheit” registration as a Financial Institution

“E&S” is an enterprise that offers information and advisory services for fond investments.
The enterprise was established by owners of “Ertrag&Sicherheit” 1985 in Grac , Austria..
Since 1999 “E&S” is supervised by FMA Supervising Authority in Austria. The head office is in Graz, Austria, whereas trade representatives are all over the territory of Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Rumania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Germany and Italy.
Up to date the enterprise has 2,000 business partners which are also registered in the Austrian Supervision Authorities (FMA).
The enterprise is established in Prishtina, on 29.06.2006, as a representative of Slovenian office
 

• Approval of Banking Rule XXIX on direct and indirect disbursement of loans in cash, effective as of 1 January 2008
• Approval of CBAK Financial report end of month September 2007
