Governing Board of the Banking and Payments Authority of Kosovo, at the meeting held on August 23, 2006 took the following decisions:

• Approval of preliminary license to “Komercjalna Banka” ad Beograd to open a branch in Mitrovica;

• Approval of “KLM Enterprise” to register as a Money Transfer Agency;

• Approval of preliminary license to Asset Manager of the Pension Assets and Supplementary Individual Pension Fund “Slovenian-Kosovar Fund”;

• Approval of Treasury exemption from application of the minimum fee of € 15 for the main Treasury payments account until it establishes an alternate system that would not involve cash transactions at BPK. Instead the previous minimum fee of € 1 will be applicable for the time being.
