The signing of the Memorandum is another initiative of both Kosovar and Slovenian authorities to enhance prudent insurance markets and the policyholders’ protection. The purpose of this Operational Memorandum of Understanding is to establish a co-operation between the Authorities in order to facilitate the effectives of the supervision and to provide the insurance and pension insurance supervision on a consolidated basis according to the best International standards and practices.
The Operational Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the CBAK Managing Director Mr. Michel Svetchine and ISA Director Mr. Jurij Gorisek.
