Governing Board of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo, at the meeting held on December 5, 2006 took the following decisions:

• Approval of CBAK Budget for 2007;
• Approval of Insurance Rule on deposit of assets as security, capital adequacy, financial reporting, risk management, investment and liquidation.

          This Rule shall enter into force on January 1, 2007 (Insurance Rules 8,9,10,11,12,12a,13,14,15,16,19,20,23,25 hereinafter are abrogated);

• Approval of amendment of Insurance Rule 5 on the ways of selling insurance products and the licensing of compulsory insurance operators, insurance operators, insurance agents and brokers. Amendment Rule 5 shall enter into force on January 1, 2007.
