BPK Delivered Certificates To Students That
Successfully Completed “BPK Student Internship”
Program
Banking and Payments Authority of Kosovo, on
Wednesday, 06/09/2006 organized a ceremony on
occasion of delivering the Certificates for
students, which successfully completed 4 weeks
internship program at the BPK. A group of four
students that have been accepted for the internship
program at the BPK, they were selected by WUS
Austria. The students were the winners of Kosova
Case Challenge 2006. In the organized ceremony due
to the completion of their internship at the BPK, in
addition to certified students, the senior staff
members of the BPK and representatives of the
University of Prishtina took part. Initially, BPK
Managing Director, Mr. Michel Svetchine
congratulated students and spoke for the importance
of internship program, which they have attended at
the BPK. The Managing Director, Mr.Svetchine also
promised the continual support for the University of Prishtina, by enabling the students of this
University to attend internships at the BPK in the
future. Also students were congratulated by the
chairman of the BPK Board, Mr.Ajri Begu, who highly
evaluated the excellent behavior of students at the
BPK. While, on behalf of the University of Prishtina,
Prof.Dr. Luan Ahma vice rector for education issues
in University of Pristina, thanked the BPK for the
“Internship Student Program” .At the end, the
students were delivered Certificates by the BPK MD
Michel Svetchine and Chairman of the BPK Board Ajri
Begu . In this ceremony attended also, Mr.But Dedaj
Regional Manger of WUS Austria, Arsim Haziri from
Austrian Development Agency, Shyhrete Jashari
(Finance and Program Officer) and Mjellma Carabregu
(KCC Koordinator). Mr. Dedaj, Mr.Hazir and Mrs.
Carabregu thanked BPK for the support and students
for their performance. Students that successfully
completed their professional internship program”BPK
Student Internship” are: Hidajet Potoku, Albina
Metaj, Merita Limani and Venera Ismajli. “Student Internship Program” is a BPK project, the
purpose of which is to qualify students on the
banking system field.
