 First Generation graduated on Program for Professional Development organized by USAID
On 20th of June 2006, 47 workers of civil and public sector of Kosova graduated in Program of Professional Development, organized by USAID.
This program was one and half-year long, key modules of this program were last achievements in scope of professional development, Management concept and implementation, Organizational behavior, Strategic management, Critical thinking and strategic decision, Managerial Ethics in Public Services, Economic management,Human Resources Management, Global Strategic Management, General Quality Management and Marketing Management.
Attendees of this program were employers and leaders from Ministry for Economy and Finance, Kosovo Pension Saving Trust, Customs Service and Banking and Payment Authority of Kosova.
From BPK, through this training went Gjylfidane Kastrati-Kadrijaj, Shpëtim Mehmeti, Ibish Mazreku, Agron Dida, Hashim Rexhepi and Gani Gërguri. Meanwhile, Mr. Gani Gërguri is awarded with special Merit Award from USAID for achieved results in this program.
In ceremony organized on facilities of AUK, Mr. Ken Yamashita, USAID Director for Kosova, greeted attendees and he gave diplomas and special appreciations. |
