Governing Board of the Central Banking Authority of Kosovo, at the meeting held on January 24, 2008, took the following decisions:

• Revocation of Insurance Rule 5b onlicensing of surplus line brokers;
• Extension of entry into force of amendment of Insurance Rule 3 on Compulsory third party liability motor vehicle insurance from February 1, 2008 to April 1, 2008.
